FAT BURNING BOOT CAMP
WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT
This is Boot Camp with a difference. This class focuses mainly on fat burning through body conditioning techniques such as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Rest Based Training (RBT) workouts. Whilst it also works to seriously improve your cardiovascular fitness, by taxing your muscles your metabolism will burn fat more efficiently both during and for many hours after the workout. Using mainly dumbbell and bodyweight exercises each workout is never the same and is delivered in a fun and motivating environment.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Yes it's hard work, yes you'll sweat buckets and yes you'll ache after BUT my class is suitable for EVERYONE from total beginners to hardcore fitness addicts. Every session is planned carefully with all abilities in mind. The workouts are high intensity to tax your muscles and therefore you will need to REST. You PUSH yourself as hard as you can, then you REST until you can continue. Everyone will be working hard and then resting at different times, working at their own pace.
WHEN & WHERE
Staplehurst's fat loss Boot Camp is held in the Village Centre North Hall every Monday morning from 9.15am and Wednesday evening from 7.30pm both for one hour.
WHAT IT COSTS
A pay as you go session is £7 but to keep you committed you can buy sessions in banks of 6 for £36 or £50 for 10 sessions. Unlike many classes you won't lose your sessions if you need to skip a week!
EXTRA GROUP SESSIONS
WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT
The extra group sessions are available for the Boot Campers who want to take their strength and conditioning to advanced levels. With two fat burning programs available these sessions enable you to get an additional two workouts per week in a small group in my private home gym. The focus is still on fat burning and muscle toning but each program is very different. The STRENGTH sessions use dumbbells for a combination of upper and lower body exercises, whilst the AFTERSHOCK program is all bodyweight. Each workout is only 30 minutes long fitting into a busy schedule, so there's no excuse!
A high intensity workout of bodyweight exercises that will leave you body burning fat for days after!
This is a 9 week course starting on Monday 14th September and finishing on Friday 20th November. The session will start at 9am.
The cost of the 18 extra sessions will be £72.
Using dumbbells to exercise both the upper and lower body at the same time this program is high intensity interval training at its most effective. The workout is constructed of four different exercises that are completed in rounds and the aim is to do as many rounds as possible in only 20 minutes. For many, this is a very motivating goal to work towards, to push themselves harder in each workout.
This is a 10 week course starting on Monday 14th September and finishing on Friday 27th November. The session will start at 9.45am.
The cost of the 20 extra sessions will be £80.
