I wanted to find a personal trainer who would be able to help me regain and improve my fitness, increase strength & power, whilst working towards a competitive sports goal. Amanda has structured a plan to help me achieve these aims & is very supportive & patient along the way. I really like her approach to fitness & health, with the added benefit of her wide knowledge of diet & nutrition. She is enthusiastic & relaxed, & has introduced me to a new way of exercising which I find challenging but invigorating. I can’t recommend Amanda highly enough!
